First of all, remove all screws securing the bottom case.
The you can access the internal components of Thinkpad X250, including the hard drive, RAM memory, wireless card, battery, cooling fan, spare SSD slot and motherboard.
You can see from the picture. Thinkpad X250 has a spare mSATA slot for user add SSD.
Lenovo Thinkpad X250 has one RAM slot. If you want to upgrade RAM, just add a big RAM to replace the old RAM memory.
Lenovo Thinkpad X250 come with a 2.5″ hard drive, you can upgrade to a big capacity hard drive or replace it by a 2.5″ SSD.
