Lenovo ThinkPad T450s Disassembly
|In this guide, I’ll disassemble Lenovo ThinkPad T450s, I will remove the bottom case, SSD, battery, RAM, wireless card, cooling fan and motherboard. Refer to this guide, you can upgrade and repair your ThinkPad T450s.

Sliding down the keyboard a little bit, you can find eight screws, remove the screws, lift up the keyboard, turn it upside down, placed it on the palm rest.
Now you can access the keyboard cable.
Unlock the black tape. Disconnect the keyboard cable from the motherboard.
Under the keyboard, its aluminum-magnesium alloy roll cage.
The cooling fan of Lenovo ThinkPad T450s
Lenovo ThinkPad T450s wireless card and 4G WWAN card.
Remove two screws securing the speaker module.
Remove the Sandisk 16GB SSD, Lenovo part number is 04X4456.
Remove the heat sink and cooling fan assembly.
Remove the 8GB RAM, Lenovo ThinkPad T450s also provide 4GB RAM onboard.
