Dell Inspiron 7537 Disassembly

In this guide, I’ll disassemble Dell Inspiron 7537, refer to this guide, you can upgrade, repair and clean fan for your Inspiron 7537, or remove and replace the back cover, battery, RAM, hard drive, keyboard, palm rest, wireless card, heat sink and cooling fan.

Turn off the laptop.
Remove four screws securing the service cover and remove the cover.

Under the service cover, you be able to get access to the battery, hard drive, RAM, wireless card, heat sink and cooling fan.

The Dell Inspiron 7537 comes with a 14.8v, 58wh Li-ion battery, Dell part number: F7HVR.

Here’s hard drive module.

The Dell Inspiron 7537 comes with two RAM.

Here’re heat sink and cooling fan module.

Remove all screws securing the battery.

Disconnect the battery power cable, remove the battery.

The Dell Inspiron 7537 comes with a Samsung 1TB 5400 RPM hard drive

Here’re two SK hynix 4GB PC3L-12800S RAM.

Disconnect two wireless antenna cables and remove one screw securing the wireless card.

This Dell Inspiron 7537 features an Intel Dual Band Wireless-N 7260 wireless card.

Flip over the laptop, pry up the keyboard.

Disconnect the keyboard cable, remove the keyboard.

Remove two screws securing the palm rest. Disconnect three cables from the motherboard.

Pry up and remove the palm rest.
